To ensure optimal adhesion and longevity, hair must arrive freshly washed, completely dry, and free from all styling products, oils and leave-in treatments prior to your appointment. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the service being rescheduled.

All new hair extension clients are required to attend an in-salon consultation before booking their installation appointment. This allows us to complete a personalised colour match, discuss your desired result, determine the appropriate amount of hair required, and order your Seamless1 extensions to ensure the most seamless outcome.

50% Upfront deposit when purchasing new hair. Redeemed on installation date. Transactions are non refundable. Cancellations, change of mind or no show will result in loss of deposit.
