DISCLAIMER
Nanoplasty & Keratin Treatment
Nanoplasty is a professional smoothing treatment designed to improve manageability, shine, and reduce frizz. Results vary depending on hair type, previous chemical history, porosity, and home maintenance.

Please acknowledge the following:
· Results are not guaranteed and vary per individual.
· Nanoplasty does not permanently straighten hair; some natural texture may remain.
· Longevity depends on aftercare, frequency of washing, and heat styling.
· Previously lightened, damaged, or compromised hair may experience altered results.
· Colour-treated hair may experience slight tonal change or warmth.
· Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
· Nano can last up to 8 months depending on hair structure – more weakened hair can last between 3-6months.
· Do not go over hair with heat if it hasn’t been washed

While every precaution is taken, the following may occur:
· Temporary dryness or stiffness
· Increased sensitivity of hair/scalp
· Breakage if hair integrity is already compromised
· Irritation or allergic reaction (rare)

To maintain results, client agrees to:
· Use sulphate-free, recommended aftercare products
· Avoid excessive heat or improper tools
· Follow all professional aftercare instructions provided
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may significantly reduce longevity and results.
BLEACH WAITING PERIOD
Recommended wait (industry standard): 3–4 weeks post-bleach, allowing the hair to stabilise, rebalance moisture/protein levels, and reduce risk of damage.
Heavily bleached, over-processed, or fragile hair: 4–6+ weeks, with restorative treatments in between.
COLOUR WAITING PERIOD
Colour BEFORE Nanoplasty
· Minimum wait: 7–10 days
· Recommended: 2 weeks
Colour AFTER Nanoplasty

TONER AND GLOSSES

Keratin treatments are professional smoothing services designed to reduce frizz, improve manageability, and enhance shine. Results vary depending on individual hair type, condition, chemical history, porosity, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Client acknowledges and understand that:

Keratin treatments do not permanently straighten the hair.

Results, longevity, and level of smoothness are not guaranteed.

Longevity typically ranges between 8–16 weeks and depends on aftercare, washing frequency, heat styling, and environmental exposure.

Colour-treated hair may experience fading or tonal change, particularly on blondes, reds, and previously lightened hair.

Hair that is heavily bleached, damaged, porous, or compromised may experience reduced results, dryness, or breakage.

Some keratin treatments may release fumes during heat activation, which may cause temporary eye, nose, or throat irritation.

Client confirms that:

They have disclosed all prior chemical services, treatments, and hair history accurately.

Understand that failure to disclose this information may negatively affect results and hair integrity.

Full responsibility for the condition of individual's hair and understand the risks involved.

Agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by the salon.

Salon and stylist release from liability for outcomes related to undisclosed hair history, pre-existing damage, sensitivities, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

No Refund Policy: Client acknowledges that all nanoplasty and keratin services are final and non-refundable, including dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary by individual hair type and history.
